How do I start the process?

First, we’ll conduct a savings analysis. Click here to submit a request online. Then, we’ll advise you of the level of savings you can expect to achieve, and set up your account with the supplier(s) in our network. We’ll help you place your orders and be with you every step of the way to help you manage and streamline all of your supply and service purchases.

Who do I call if I have any questions or problems?

You will always have two levels of support. Your primary support person will be your designated customer service representative at the Food & Supply Source office. Call us at 866.248.4520. You will also have an account manager at the vendor we have set you up with. If you do not know who your individual account manager is, just ask us!

Do I order from you?

You will most likely purchase directly from the supplier or online, but you can always contact us for help with your orders. We consult with you to identify which suppliers in our network can meet your needs and provide the most savings on what you are purchasing. We will set you up with accounts with those suppliers and remain as an added level of customer service during the duration of your relationship with those suppliers.
