Grab your favorite brown and green foods and make a football shape with the brown foods, while using green foods around the edges, Include some dips for the veggies! Use some string cheese for the footballs stitching and voila! Football on the green. Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 


Ingredients:

2 Pts of fresh strawberries

Directions:

  1. Slice the top off each berry and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Using a pair of clean food scissors slice a “V” into the top of each berry
  3. Use the little heart shaped strawberries as toppers in yogurt on cupcakes or just serve them in a dish!

 

 

 

 

 


Ingredients:

Vanilla Wafers

Black edible marker or black frosting
Chocolate bar with breakable sections
Mini Marshmallow
Chocolate Chips
White & Chocolate Frosting

Directions:

1.Place vanilla wafers on flat surface for decorating.
2.Draw on face with black edible marker or frosting.
3.Use frosting to attach mini marshmallows around the edges of George Washington cookies. Cut a mini marshmallow and place it at the bottom of the cookie for George’s collar placing a chocolate chip in the center.
4.Abe’s top hat consists of trimmed sections of a chocolate
………………………………………………………………………bar, while his beard is formed from mini chocolate chips.


Ingredients:

1 large egg
1 Lb ground chicken
1/2 Cup whole wheat Panko breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup finely grated Parmesan
2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil- divided
1 Tsp dried oregano
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp onion powder
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbs tomato paste- divided
3 Tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 1/2 Cups lightly packed fresh spinach

 

 

Directions:

1.Place a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2.Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
3.Beat the egg in the bottom of a large bowl. Add the chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, 1 tbs olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, red pepper flakes, parsley, and 1 tbs tomato paste.
4.Finely chop the spinach and add to the bowl. With a fork or your hands mix until well combined.
5.Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and arrange in the prepared baking dish so that they do not touch.
6.In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tbs olive oil and 1 tbs tomato paste. It won’t be perfectly smooth, but will bake up just fine. Brush over the top of the meatballs.
7.Bake the meatballs in the upper third of the oven for 18-22 minutes, until cooked through. Serve hot with pasta, zucchini noodles, inside a hoagie bun, or any way you choose!
