 Follow Food & Supply Source on Instagram & Facebook to see fresh, new menu ideas every Monday!  #MenuMonday   Ingredients: 200g/7oz Greek yogurt 2 eggs 125 ml water 3 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 150g/5.3oz all purpose flour 100g/3.5oz Feta cheese coarsely crumbled 2 Tbsp Gruyere or Kefalotyri cheese grated For the Filling: 250g/8.8oz fresh spinach 2 small spring onions 1 Tbsp dill chopped 1 Tbsp parsley chopped 2 Tbsp olive oil 50g/1.7oz Feta cheese coarsely crumbled     Directions: For Filling: 1.Remove the stems of the spinach and give the spinach a good rinse. Let it drain completely in a strainer. Then finely chop and add to a mixing bowl....

 Follow Food & Supply Source on Instagram & Facebook to see fresh, new menu ideas every Monday!  #MenuMonday   Ingredients: 360g pasta shells 1 kg butternut squash or pumpkin 8 garlic cloves 180g feta cheese 2 big handfuls of baby spinach 1 handful walnuts 1/2c extra virgin olive oil 8 sprigs of thyme salt and pepper to taste chili flakes (optional) Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 200° C/400°F. 2.Peel and shop butternut squash or pumpkin into 2 cm cubes and add to an oven safe dish. 3.Add garlic cloves in their skins, thyme leaves and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix all together so oil is covering all the ingredients....
